Longleaf takes a consultive approach with our clients. We do not work on quotas or high pressure tactics like our competition. In contrast, we learn about the business, review existing programs, and offer solutions to help productivity and free up capital to invest in other areas. If Longleaf finds that a client has a great program, we do not try to change it. Instead, we encourage the client to keep it because we believe it is the right thing to do.
